RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service & Marketplace Associate to join our remote team. You will handle customer emails and calls, resolve order issues, refunds, and returns across ecommerce channels, including Amazon.

Strong English, attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and independent work are essential. Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus; basic product listing tasks may be involved.

Qualifications

• Strong e-commerce customer service experience – REQUIRED.
• Amazon/Seller Central experience is highly beneficial.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Able to follow SOPs and work independently.
• Basic marketplace listing experience is an advantage but can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Handle ecommerce customer enquiries via email and phone.
• Resolve order issues, returns, refunds, and complaints.
• Assist with Amazon claims and marketplace-related tasks.
• Add basic product listings to ecommerce channels.
• Follow company SOPs and procedures.
