Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, E-commerce Support, or Social Media Customer Care.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media
• Assist with orders, product questions, delivery concerns, and service issues
• Follow up on large or high-value orders shipped through freight/LTL carriers
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, operations teams, and carriers to resolve delivery issues
• Respond to and manage online reviews and customer feedback
• Escalate complex or sensitive concerns when necessary
• Track customer concerns and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team
