Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, Voice Process, or Call Centre preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, or Marathi is mandatory.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, Bengali, or Marathi, along with basic English communication.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with complete and accurate information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as per defined processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
