The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to reach out to call center owners, managers, or decision-makers who can provide raw, high-quality audio data in multiple languages.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact BPOs, call centers, and data providers.
• Build relationships with owners/managers who can supply conversational or other raw audio data.
• Coordinate introductions and help secure access to the required datasets.
• Assist with basic documentation and agreement processes when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in any regional or multilingual language.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Prior experience in BPO, customer support, or lead generation is a plus.
• Ability to connect with decision-makers.

Job Requirements & Role Expectations

• Must be able to reach out to BPOs, call centers, outsourcing firms, and data providers.
• Should connect directly with owners, managers, or decision-makers who can provide access to audio recordings.
• Ability to source or arrange large-scale conversational audio datasets—we require 100,000+ hours across multiple languages.
• Must ensure the audio data is raw, unedited, and from real interactions, including customer service calls or conversational samples.
• Should identify providers capable of offering audio in multiple regional and international languages.
• Ability to verify authenticity of the data provider before passing the lead to us.
• Should coordinate initial communication between us and the data source.
• Assist with basic paperwork or agreement initiation when needed.
• Strong communication, networking, and outreach skills are essential.
• Experience in BPO, sourcing, vendor relations, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
