Job summary

Advanced Asset Management is seeking a Finance Manager – Multifamily Property Management to lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, oversee budgets, and drive profitable operations across our multifamily portfolio.

You will manage treasury activities, conduct risk assessments, coordinate with external auditors, and guide a finance team toward best practices in GAAP/IFRS compliance and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Corporate accounting experience, preferably with governmental or non-profit sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Manage treasury functions: cash flow, payables/receivables, reconciliations.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation for regulatory and market changes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure ASC 606 compliance and documentation.
• Supervise general ledger, cost accounting, and reconciliation activities.
• Drive strategic planning by analyzing investments and revenue management.
• Utilize advanced financial software for bookkeeping and reports.
• Lead financial management training across the organization.
