Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Hands-on AppFolio experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Manager with daily property operations and reporting.
• Support marketing, leasing, and rent collection activities.
• Maintain tenant and lease records in AppFolio accurately.
• Coordinate move-in/out processes and related documentation.
• Respond to resident inquiries and manage service requests remotely.
• Collaborate with maintenance, vendors, and management for property needs.
