Job summary

Revaya is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance and Work Order Coordinator to support our property management team across residential communities. You will oversee maintenance requests from submission through completion, coordinate technicians and vendors, and communicate with residents to provide timely updates.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance workflows in multifamily communities.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, roofing and general building maintenance.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize work orders from submission to completion.
• Communicate with residents and coordinate technicians and vendors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, track progress, and verify work.
