Job summary

GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle both voice and non-voice interactions for a Retail Blended Account in the Philippines.

You will manage inquiries via calls and chat, assist with orders and payments, document interactions, and escalate as needed, while meeting productivity and quality targets in a shifting schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college.
• 1–3 years of BPO/Contact Center experience.
• At least 2 months of UK-based account experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice channels.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
