Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Davao City, Philippines. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, balancing voice and non-voice tasks while gathering customer data and researching remittance statuses.

The role requires strong English communication, multitasking, and a customer-service mindset. Must be onsite in Damosa Lanang area with a shifting schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English for customer interactions.
• Strong multitasking and research capabilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in customer service or call center, especially remittance awareness.
• Willingness to work onsite in Davao City and in shifting schedules.
• Ability to use multiple web tools and effective online navigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Balance voice and non-voice tasks (50/50 split).
• Gather and verify customer information accurately.
• Research remittance statuses and update transaction details.
• Review customer documents for accuracy with internal records.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure remittance delivery.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and deliver exceptional service.
