Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Retail Services, Tech & New Economy Account in Davao. This onsite role requires at least 6 months of call center experience and strong English communication skills.

You will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience, while adhering to company policies and shifting schedules including weekends and holidays when required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE).
• B2 English proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through the assigned communication channel.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, accounts, or transactions.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
• Meet required quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
