Angkas in Manila seeks a Customer Experience Associate to handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, delivering solutions that strengthen customer relationships. You’ll engage across Telegram, social media, in-app, email, and chat channels to provide personalized service.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in customer-facing roles, strong English and Tagalog communication, and willingness to work shifting schedules onsite in the Manila hub.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English.
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus.
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to high-value customers by providing solutions to grow relationships.
• Support different channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
