Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is hiring a customer service representative to respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering problem resolution and building relationships. The role covers multiple channels and requires strong communication in Tagalog and English, with Bisaya a plus, and is onsite in Makati.

You will participate in training, aim to meet daily and monthly targets, and adhere to company policies while enjoying a start-up environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client facing roles experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
• Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
