Job summary

Wow24-7 Inc. in The Philippines is seeking a temporary Customer Support Specialist to assist a large British retailer across email, chat, and phone queries. You will share product information, handle requests, process cancellations, returns, refunds and replacements, and escalate issues when needed.

The role runs from October 12 to January 16 with two weeks of training at half pay. Two non-fixed days off per week, plus two daily shift blocks (morning and afternoon) ensure coverage for

Responsibilities

• Sharing information about products and services
• Answering customer queries and requests via emails, chats, and calls
• Processing cancellations, returns, refunds and replacements
• Escalating issues internally to relevant teams
• Updating customers when necessary
• Responding to customer complaints, including resolving cases related to unreceived orders, delivery delays, damaged/missing items, poor quality, technical issues, etc.
• Dealing with stock issues
