Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in restaurant leadership, with multi-unit exposure.
• Proven mastery of restaurant operations metrics (Prime Cost, COGS, labor, waste).
• Strong history of training and retaining Store Managers and shift supervisors.
• Ability to pivot across store cultures and demographics with calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills to translate targets into actions.
• Experience with NSOs and high-volume casual dining environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily operations of a cluster of stores to ensure brand standards and service quality.
• Manage P&L and financial accountability, identify cost drivers and implement improvements.
• Mentor and evaluate Store Managers, building leadership development paths.
• Conduct audits for operational and sanitation compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate on NSOs to stabilize staffing, training, and workflows before launch.
• Maintain guest experience and quality control across all locations.
