Job summary

BABYSPICE FOOD CORPORATION in Mandaluyong and Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple branches. You will ensure adherence to policies, standards, and brand guidelines while monitoring sales, costs, and inventory to drive performance.

The role requires coaching leaders, optimizing staffing, maintaining food safety, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and Marketing to execute initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of multiple restaurant branches.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, operating standards, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor branch sales, profitability, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute action plans to address underperforming branches.
• Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Review staffing levels, schedules, manpower productivity, attendance, and employee performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address significant customer concerns and complaints.
• Monitor food quality, product consistency, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper inventory management, purchasing controls, stock accuracy, and waste reduction.
• Review branch financial and operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Support new store openings, store renovations, transfers, and other operational projects.
• Implement sales-building initiatives and approved marketing programs across assigned branches.
• Ensure proper cash handling, security, equipment maintenance, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Conduct regular management meetings and communicate company initiatives and operational priorities.
• Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning and talent development.
• Prepare regular area performance reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure all branches comply with applicable health, safety, labor, and regulatory requirements.
