Job summary

Karofi Holding in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Retail Store Operations Manager to drive sell-out performance across assigned chains. The role covers end-to-end in-store execution, manpower planning, and coaching of shop staff.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in retail sales execution, preferably electronics or modern trade, with strong English communication and decision-making on the shop floor. This is a full-time on-site role based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in retail sales execution, preferably within electronics or modern trade chains.
• Proven experience managing shop-floor sales operations, including sell-out ownership, PG supervision, manpower deployment, and shift scheduling.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with solid understanding of retail chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in training and coaching PG or retail sales teams.
• Comfortable working full-time on the shop floor and making fast operational decisions.
• Good English communication skills for daily coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own sell-out performance across assigned retail chains and stores, with full accountability for store-level results.
• Manage end-to-end in-store operations, including PG deployment, manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
• Ensure optimal manpower coverage based on store traffic, peak hours, weekends, and sales campaigns; proactively reallocate resources when required.
• Execute retail sales programs, promotions, incentives, and activation activities to maximize conversion and productivity.
• Train, coach, and supervise PGs and store staff on product knowledge, selling skills, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Monitor daily store-level performance, identify execution gaps, and implement corrective actions directly on the shop floor.
• Ensure in-store execution standards, including product display, planogram compliance, POSM visibility, demo readiness, and sales floor discipline.
• Work closely with Store Leader/Store Manager to coordinate sales execution and manpower arrangement.
• Track store-level inventory, highlight out-of-stock or slow-moving items, and coordinate with relevant teams to support sell-out.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback; prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
