Job summary

Bhagi's International Trading Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead store personnel, ensure excellent customer service, and help achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily store operations.
• Lead and monitor the performance of all store personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve concerns.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Oversee cashiering, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensure proper receiving, display, replenishment, and release of merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with Head Office.
• Prepare and submit operational reports (sales, inventory, incidents).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, mall regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Mall management and Head Office on concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store.
• Handle employee scheduling, attendance, and staff development.

Job description

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store.
• Lead and monitor the performance of all Store Personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee cashiering operations, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensure proper receiving, display, replenishment, and releasing of merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with Head Office.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and submit required operational reports, including sales, inventory, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, mall regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Mall administration, and Head Office regarding operational concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the store.
• Handle employee scheduling, attendance monitoring, and staff development.
• Serves as the Key Custodian and responsible for safekeeping, controlling, and for proper turnover of assigned store keys.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business course.
• With at least 2 years of experience as Supervisory Retail Management and Store Operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge in retail operations, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
