Job Description
The Store Manager oversees daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance. This role drives sales, leads the team, manages inventory, ensures operational compliance, and delivers exceptional customer service while representing the company to customers, mall management, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
- Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and product availability.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Build strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and back-office teams for operational support and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Strong sales and analytical skills to drive revenue and manage store performance.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and be assigned to different store locations as needed.
