BigTime Empire Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) across multiple branches in Metro Manila. You will respond to maintenance job orders, perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting, and support a wide range of restaurant equipment including grills, chillers, and exhaust systems.
You will conduct basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration and general facility maintenance, monitor equipment health, and help minimize
Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) across assigned branches.
Respond to and complete maintenance Job Orders according to priority and agreed timelines.
Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting and repairs.
Support restaurant equipment including grillers, microwaves, upright chillers, upright freezers, air fryers, counter chillers, table-top chillers, exhaust hoods and fresh-air systems.
Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration/chiller and general facility maintenance.
Monitor equipment condition and identify potential breakdown risks.
Help reduce equipment downtime and recurring maintenance problems.
Maintain accurate PMS, repair and Job Order records.
Provide supporting photos and service documentation when required.
Coordinate with Store Operations and the Repair & Maintenance Department.
Identify work requiring specialized tools, equipment or contractors and upscale appropriately.
Support the rotational branch maintenance program.
Electrical: basic troubleshooting of lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, wiring, motors and electrical components.
Mechanical: basic troubleshooting of equipment components.
Refrigeration/Chiller: temperature and pressure checking, cleaning, gasket inspection, airflow checks and basic troubleshooting.
Plumbing: basic water-line, drain, faucet, valve and leak repairs where trained.
General Facilities: doors, fixtures, shelving, minor facility repairs and other routine maintenance.
Vocational/Technical course graduate preferred RAC or EIM
At least 2 years relevant experience in restaurant, food retail, commercial, building or facilities maintenance preferred.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration and general maintenance.
Restaurant/commercial kitchen equipment experience preferred.
Able to follow PMS checklists and maintenance procedures.
Willing to work rotationally across branches and locations.
Able to complete Job Orders, PMS checklists and service records.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Driver's license is a must and have own motorcycle for branch support.
