Job description

Responsibilities

• Directly report to property engineer and property manager.
• Supervises and directs all activities making sure that they conform to quality and safe procedures.
• Can work with any maintenance crew if needed regardless of what his job description for support only.
• To be able work in place of any of the maintenance crew as required.
• To be able diagnose and interpret operation and maintenance log sheets and equipment history and to recommend appropriate measures to obtain satisfactory result to attainment of the main objective to keep all machineries and equipment in top condition, reliable and available at all times. To keep them updated at all times.
• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
• Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior/manager from time to time.

• With now know how in mechanical works
• Can work with minimal supervision

• Willing to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings and on weekends, including holidays.
