Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various systems including electrical and HVAC.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and report abnormalities.
• Respond to urgent job requests and provide technical support for events.
• General Handyman: Handle minor carpentry, painting, door repairs, and installations (lights, fixtures).
• Emergency Response: Respond to urgent job requests and critical equipment failures (e.g., power outages, AC issues).
• Documentation & Reporting: Log activities, report issues, and assist in planning maintenance programs.
• Event Support: Provide technical setup for events (AV, lighting).

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical (motors, pumps), plumbing (leaks, fixtures), HVAC (filters, FCUs), and fire/life safety systems (FDAS).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues in building equipment and systems, performing repairs or replacements as needed.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, cleaning, and monitoring of equipment, logging readings and reporting abnormalities.
• General Handyman: Handle minor carpentry, painting, door repairs, and installations (lights, fixtures).
• Emergency Response: Respond to urgent job requests and critical equipment failures (e.g., power outages, AC issues).
