Job summary

Fame.Dish Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure 100% uptime across HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems for multiple restaurant branches in Metro Manila.

The role involves preventive maintenance, coordinating with external contractors, and reporting to Senior Leadership. Ideal candidates hold an engineering/ facilities degree, have 2–5 years in facilities maintenance, and can travel between city locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in multi-branch F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• HVAC-R certification is an advantage.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Mobile, dependable, and willing to rotate across different city locations.
• Hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct monthly HVAC filter replacements, electrical load audits, and refrigeration seal inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues efficiently.
• Implement maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan.
• Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, and repair works as needed.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities remain in optimal condition.
• Maintain maintenance logs for Health Department and audits.
• Respond quickly to emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Supervise external contractors for repairs and certifications.
• Communicate maintenance information to Restaurant Managers and Senior Leadership.

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of multiple restaurant branches. This role is responsible for maintaining 100% operational uptime across HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems while helping reduce utility costs and protect company assets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems

• Conduct monthly HVAC filter replacements, electrical load audits, and refrigeration seal inspections

• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) issues efficiently

Asset Management

• Implement maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of kitchen equipment, motors, and compressors

• Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, and repair works as needed

• Ensure all equipment and facilities remain in optimal working condition

Compliance & Risk Management

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for Health Department and BFP audits

• Respond quickly to technical emergencies to minimize downtime and prevent inventory spoilage

• Ensure branches comply with safety and operational standards

Financial & Contractor Management

• Improve system efficiency to help reduce utility consumption and operational costs

• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs and certifications

Reporting & Coordination

• Communicate daily with Restaurant Managers regarding maintenance concerns

• Prepare technical reports and updates in English for Senior Leadership

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
