Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce VA to own our online sales channels across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Faire, Etsy and eBay. You’ll handle PPC, ad/video creation, listings, inventory, customer service and email marketing with minimal guidance.

You’ll manage Amazon Seller Central campaigns and AWD/FBA shipments, optimize listings (including A+ content), coordinate with our 3PL, and run Klaviyo emails.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with PPC campaigns.
• Experience creating AI-generated video and ad creatives for e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with FBA and AWD shipments.
• Experience creating and optimizing product listings, including A+ content.
• Experience with Shopify store management (inventory, apps/subscriptions).
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong written communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns, including creating AI-generated video and ad creative.
• Fully manage the Amazon seller account — inventory, AWD/FBA shipments, listing creation and optimization, A+ content, pricing, coupons, and storefront management.
• Fully manage the Walmart marketplace account with the same scope of responsibilities as Amazon.
• Fully manage the Shopify store, including inventory, customer service, listing creation and optimization, pricing, coupons, subscriptions, and app management.
• Coordinate with our 3PL provider as needed to support Shopify order fulfillment.
• Build and send email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo.
• Manage our Faire, Etsy, and eBay accounts.
• Take on additional e-commerce tasks as they arise.
