Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an Amazon Marketing Expert to own growth across our Amazon store. You will lead PPC campaigns, listing optimization, and keyword strategy to drive revenue, with collaboration across design and operations teams for high-impact results.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, independent work style, and excellent English communication. You will coordinate with operations on inventory and pricing to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithm, organic ranking factors, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image strategy.
• Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action plans.
• Ability to take full ownership and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Build and manage campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling, improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS.
• Lead end-to-end listing strategy including titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, and product positioning.
• Define product USPs and content direction, working with designers for high-converting visuals.
• Conduct keyword research to improve organic ranking and expand terms.
• Align PPC and SEO strategies to maximize paid and organic visibility.
• Analyze metrics like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and revenue; identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute product launch strategies to boost ranking and visibility.
• Provide weekly performance insights, reports, and actionable growth plans.
• Coordinate with operations on inventory, pricing, and promotions to align marketing.
