Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to manage, create, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces and platforms. The role demands strong product data management, meticulous attention to detail, and experience handling large catalogs.

You'll work with market-leading platforms such as Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Lowe's, Home Depot, Zoro Tools, MSC Industrial Supply, Tractor Supply, and Northern Tool, ensuring accuracy and visibility across channels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in e-commerce product listing and catalog management.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across multiple marketplaces.
Upload and manage product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, SKUs, UPCs, and pricing.
Ensure product data is accurate and consistent across all platforms.
Optimize product listings for search visibility, conversions, and marketplace requirements.
Research and verify product information using manufacturer and supplier sources.
Manage product variations, categories, attributes, and product relationships.
Identify and correct listing errors, missing information, duplicate listings, and data inconsistencies.
Work with Sellercloud to manage and synchronize product information across sales channels.
Perform bulk product uploads and updates using spreadsheets, CSV files, or marketplace tools.
Monitor listings for compliance with marketplace policies and requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to obtain missing product information.
Maintain organized product catalogs and databases.
Troubleshoot listing issues and marketplace errors.
