Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Product Listing Specialist to manage, create, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces and platforms. You will handle titles, descriptions, attributes, images, SKUs, UPCs, and pricing with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

You will leverage Sellercloud and Shopify expertise to synchronize data, streamline bulk uploads, and maintain organized catalogs while ensuring listings meet marketplace requirements and search optimization

Qualifications

Proven experience in e-commerce listing and catalog management.
Hands-on experience with multiple marketplaces and bulk uploads.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for large catalogs.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently across several marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces.
Upload and manage product information including titles, descriptions, specs, attributes, images, SKUs, UPCs, and pricing.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Optimize listings for search visibility and conversions per marketplace requirements.
Research product information from manufacturers and suppliers.
Manage product variations, categories, attributes, and relationships.
Identify and correct listing errors, duplicates, and data inconsistencies.
Work with Sellercloud to sync information across channels.
Perform bulk uploads/updates using spreadsheets or marketplace tools.
Monitor listings for policy compliance and requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for missing data.
Maintain organized catalogs and databases.
