You should combine strong design with commercial sense, delivering consistent branding, SEO-friendly titles, tags, and descriptions, and reporting daily results to help scale new stores and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills with an e-commerce portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
• Hands-on Etsy experience as a seller, designer, or store assistant.
• Practical Etsy SEO knowledge: titles, tags, descriptions, search ranking.
• Experience creating marketing and social content for e-commerce products.
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design product graphics and listing images, including logos and photos.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across listings, banners, and promos.
• Create marketing and social content to promote products and generate orders.
• Build and optimize Etsy listings with strong SEO (titles, tags, descriptions).
• Research new products based on demand and competitor activity.
• Track performance and revise visuals, keywords, and copy to improve results.
• Manage day-to-day store upkeep and keep listings current.
• Report completed work and store activity daily.
• Support launches of additional stores and sales channels.
