Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a proactive Brand Launch & Optimization Manager to onboard and optimize new brands across ecommerce marketplaces. You will transform catalogs into profitable online stores, dominate listing optimization on Amazon and Walmart, and drive growth through data-driven decisions.

You will manage inventory, analyze marketplace metrics, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure launch success and long-term brand performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts.
• Strong ecommerce operations knowledge and best practices.
• Experience launching or optimizing ecommerce brands.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Brand Launch & Optimization: Manage newly acquired brands from onboarding through their initial growth phase.
• Marketplace Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart; monitor listing health.
• Inventory & Operations: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs; use software for reporting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance; build reports in Google Sheets; provide optimization recommendations.
• Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects; ensure timelines and deliverables are met; document processes.
