Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a proactive Brand Launch & Optimization Manager to onboard newly acquired brands on Amazon and Walmart, transform basic catalogs into profitable online stores, and position brands for long-term success.

You will own launch strategies, monitor listing health, optimize product content, manage inventory, analyze data in Google Sheets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and marketplace best practices.
• Experience launching, optimizing, or scaling ecommerce brands.
• Familiarity with inventory management and business software systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets with formulas and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage newly acquired brands from onboarding through initial growth phase.
• Transform product lists into optimized, market-ready storefronts.
• Develop and execute launch strategies to improve profitability and brand value.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing brands and enhance performance.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart.
• Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues promptly.
• Analyze competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs.
• Track sales performance, profitability, and marketplace metrics.
• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure timely deliverables.
