Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a seasoned Multi-Branch Operations Manager to drive sales and operational excellence across all branches. You will lead growth initiatives, oversee performance, and ensure customer experience aligns with company standards.

Strong leadership and a proven track record in multi-location management are essential. The role emphasizes strategic expansion, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve targets and support growth across locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar.
Master's degree is a plus but not required.
At least 5 years running sales and operations at a managerial level across multi-branch setups.
Experience overseeing sizable teams spread across locations and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Design and execute sales strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Identify new market opportunities and assess avenues for scale across branches.
Collaborate with leadership on expansion plans, including new branches or markets.
Monitor branch performance, optimize staffing and workflows, and protect the bottom line.
Lead and develop branch teams, mentor staff, and promote continuous improvement across locations.
Track performance, prepare regular updates, and build dashboards for visibility.
