Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated sales and operations strategies aligned with objectives and expansion plans.
• Oversee branch performance including sales, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify market expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth across branches.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and branch performance to inform strategies.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of branch operations and customer experience.
