HRTX is seeking a Multi-Branch Operations Manager to drive sales performance, oversee day-to-day operations across branches, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic thinking to grow the business, protect profits, and align teams toward company targets, supporting the next growth phase.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize branch workflows, and ensure compliance with policies while focusing on customer experience and revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar.
• At least 5 years running sales and operations at a managerial level across multi-branch settings.
• Experience overseeing sizable teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and roll out strategies that push sales, profit, and growth numbers upward.
• Monitor each branch's sales, operations, service quality, and profit margins.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to enter new markets and win new customers.
• Fine-tune workflows, allocate resources, and control costs for a tighter operation.
• Ensure every branch follows policy and delivers on customer experience commitments.
• Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop and mentor sales and operations teams to grow stronger performers.
• Encourage continuous improvement and new ideas across the organization.
