Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, oversee multiple branches, and uphold service quality across the network. The role emphasizes strategic sales initiatives, workforce planning, and strong leadership to achieve targets.

You will lead branch managers and frontline teams, ensure SOP adherence, and pursue continuous process improvements to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving business performance.
• Strong leadership of branch managers and large frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of SOPs, operational controls, customer service, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall sales performance of multiple branches and achieve revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across branches, ensuring consistent execution of activities.
• Ensure branches follow SOPs and company policies.
• Ensure high-quality customer service across all branches.
• Monitor customer experience and service standards to align with company expectations.
• Develop workforce plans based on branch requirements and forecasts.
• Determine staffing needs including managers, sales personnel, and support staff.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and sales teams with clear performance targets.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Communicate and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across branches.
