MOTORJOY DEPOT INC. is seeking a Branch Operations Head to oversee the branch’s daily operations, sales performance, and profitability. You will manage staff, customer service, inventory, and financial targets while ensuring adherence to policies and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and efficiency across the branch, partnering with regional leadership to meet KPIs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in branch operations, sales, or business management.
• Strong background in business development, financial management, and operational oversight.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations & Management: Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Branch Operations & Management: Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance regulations.
• Branch Operations & Management: Monitor and analyze branch KPIs, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Branch Operations & Management: Ensure optimal inventory management, stock levels, and cost control.
• Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer needs.
• Sales & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Sales & Business Development: Lead promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve high performance and productivity.
