Our Clients is seeking a COO to oversee day-to-day operations across a large branch network from Cebu City. The role focuses on scaling the network, strengthening operating systems, and driving transformation to deliver consistent performance across all sites.

The successful candidate will have senior leadership experience, a track record of managing 100+ stores, and a hands-on approach to execute growth plans while working closely with owners and top management.

Competenze

• Senior operations leadership role at director level or above.
• Experience managing multi-site operations with 100+ stores/branches.
• Background in fast-paced, branch-based industries (retail, distribution, QSR, consumer finance).
• Strong strategic & execution capabilities with KPI focus.
• Proven experience in change management and large-scale process improvement.
• Experience in Filipino-Chinese or family-owned organizations preferred.
• Exposure to ISO-certified quality management systems is highly preferred.
• Experience in consumer-facing operations involving financing, inventory, or distributed workforce is a plus.
