Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an organized Account Coordinator – MSP/VMS to support a US client’s day-to-day operations. You will connect clients, Account Managers, recruiters, providers, and internal teams to ensure job orders, submissions, and credentialing progress smoothly.

The role requires 1+ year in a similar capacity with MSP/VMS exposure, healthcare staffing background, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in account coordination, staffing operations, recruitment support, or a related US-market role.
• Hands-on experience in an MSP/VMS environment is required.
• Healthcare staffing experience is required or highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of client job orders in Salesforce and multiple VMS platforms.
• Review job requirements and maintain accurate listings, rates, and account information.
• Process name clears, candidate submissions, worker packets, and formal presentations.
• Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to validate bill rates, markups, margins, and account requirements.
• Maintain trackers for job orders, submissions, interviews, credentialing, and assignments.
• Support client and candidate communications and ensure timely updates.
