The role requires flawless English, sharp numerical precision, and strict adherence to processes.

Qualifications

• Flawless English & communication skills for daily hospital-level liaison.
• Accurate review of hours, rates, mileage, and expenses against contracts.
• Detail-oriented with multi-step workflows and checklists.
• Available FT during US Eastern business hours (9 AM - 5 PM ET).
• Willing to sign NDA and handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• VMS & Client Account Management: manage provider profiles and confirm assignment dates.
• Travel & Logistics: book flights, lodging, and rental cars per policies.
• Timesheets, Billing & Pay Prep: collect timesheets and prepare accurate pay statements.
• Communication Hub: coordinate with recruiters and hospital clients via email.
• Credentialing & Interview Support: track milestones and schedule interviews across time zones.
• Process Discipline: follow checklists and daily proactive checks.
