Job summary

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in service or customer service industries, strong communication, attention to detail, MS Office skills, and willingness to work US/UK hours on a 5-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Education: APAC: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 2+ years in a service level industry or 1–3 years in customer service.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSP project support and coordination.
• Use project management tools to manage and track initiatives.
• Create and distribute VMS reporting and data trends.
• Document updates for SOPs, RACIs, and process flows.
• Develop data trend presentations with business insights.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to build detailed procedures.
• Explain results to MSP Executives and tailor presentations.
• Troubleshoot issues using Vendor Management Software.
• Escalate customer issues per standard process.
• Aim to improve efficiencies and meet SLAs.
