Qualifications

• Experience with MSP/MSS delivery is essential.
• Fluent English and executive communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary governance contact for assigned customers across MSP and MSS.
• Oversee service delivery across helpdesk, infrastructure, cloud, NOC, SOC, CSIRT.
• Coordinate renewals, scope changes, and contractual updates with sales and billing.
• Prepare service reports, SLA reviews, and KPI tracking for customers.
• Lead escalations and ensure timely post-incident reviews and remediation.
