Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking IT professionals to join a dedicated team supporting client transitions and managed services rollouts. You will focus on onboarding, security tool deployment, environment discovery, and documentation, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has MSP experience with security tools and cloud/endpoint deployments, and can Install and configure EDR, SIEM, MFA, MDM, and related security solutions while maintaining thorough

Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with clients and onboarding teams to provide updates and recommendations.
• Conduct environment discovery and assessments using diagnostic tools; document findings.
• Support transitions to new managed services plans with minimal business disruption.
• Deploy and configure security and MSP tools (EDR, SOC/SIEM, web/DNS protection, Microsoft 365 security).
• Install/manage backups, monitoring tools, Defender/Azure AD and PSA/RMM platforms.
• Create and update technical documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Participate in handoff sessions to ensure service desk readiness.
