Job summary

Technology Elite - Build YOUR Elite Team is seeking an experienced IT professional to align client IT environments with industry best practices. The role combines systems administration, documentation, and strategic improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will act as a technical liaison, provide accurate recommendations to offshore clients, monitor systems, and contribute to onboarding with complete alignment documentation within 30 days of engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of system administration and/or tier 3 support experience.
• Strong MSP operations understanding and IT standard alignment.
• Ability to map IT components to client business objectives.
• Knowledge of security components and their business impact.
• Solid knowledge of networking, virtualization, Windows environments and backups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the managed client environment including hardware, software, cloud services and security posture.
• Lead proactive services and deliver technology alignment reports for clients.
• Identify risks and propose actionable recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Uphold best practices and report recommendations to the vCIO.
• Monitor centralized tools and ensure configurations function correctly.
• Review tickets to determine upgrades or changes to reduce reactive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update technical standards and reduce client risk.
• Assist in onboarding clients with complete documentation and alignment summaries.
