Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience deploying EDR, SIEM, MFA, MDM, antivirus, and access control solutions.
• Understanding of endpoint, network, and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates.
• Execute environment discovery and document findings.
• Deploy and configure security tools and manage service tickets.
