Job summary

Kalutasan, Inc. is hiring a seasoned MSP technician to join a 100% remote, US-facing team. You will manage a diverse set of clients, onboarding/offboarding users, and administering Microsoft 365 alongside Entra ID, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Daily tasks include troubleshooting across VPNs, MFA/SSO, Intune, and access permissions, with strong documentation and client communication essential for success. Based in the Philippines, you will align with US MSP hours and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MSP experience.
• Experience using PSA and RMM platforms.
• Proven experience resolving and closing tickets in a high-volume MSP environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Experience with Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional client-facing communication.
• Based in the Philippines.
• Comfortable working hours aligned with your assigned U.S.-based MSP.
