A leading IT services provider in the Philippines is seeking IT professionals to support client transitions and managed services rollouts. The role involves onboarding, security tool deployment, and environment discovery. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in MSP environments and familiarity with security technologies. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience deploying EDR, SIEM, MFA, MDM, antivirus, and access control solutions.
• Understanding of endpoint, network, and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders for updates.
• Perform environment discovery using diagnostic tools.
• Support the transition to new managed services plans.
• Deploy and configure security tools, including EDR and SIEM solutions.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Participate in handoff sessions for service desk readiness.
