Job summary

Zipdev is seeking a highly capable MSP professional to own technical escalations and manage end-to-end Microsoft and infrastructure projects from a remote setting. You will drive tenant migrations, Intune/Autopilot rollouts, Exchange and SharePoint work, server migrations, and security hardening while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong English communication, independent work style, and a background of 5+ years in MSP environments; degree is not required.

Qualifications

5+ years of MSP experience in the US (or LATAM equivalent).
Proven Autopilot and Intune expertise.
Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID, mail flow, recovery.
Networking: Meraki, Fortigate, site-to-site VPN, VLAN design.
Jamf or Apple MDM experience is a big plus.
English level above C1; clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Handle technical escalations that currently reach the COO and own MS 365 and infrastructure projects end to end.
Lead tenant migrations, Intune and Autopilot rollouts, Exchange and SharePoint, server migrations, network builds, and security hardening.
Mentor three junior technicians and lead the on-call rotation.
Work independently, isolate problems before changes, and document progress; contribute to project work when escalation volume is low.
