Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree program.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar withWord and Excel or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze applicants' qualifications to determine loan feasibility.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers/units related to processing and servicing of loan applications.
• Review and update customer loan files and loan agreements for credit processing and booking.
• Execute sales/marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
