BDO Unibank's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises arm seeks an Account Officer who will drive loan volume while upholding profitability and strong credit quality. Responsibilities include field visits to solicit microfinance loans, evaluating applicants, and coordinating loan processing to meet targets securely.

The role requires a four-year or five-year degree, excellent selling and customer-service skills, and daily field work with basic math proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven selling, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to do field work almost daily.
• Basic mathematical knowledge required.
• Familiarity with word processing & spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance is an advantage.
• Motorcycle driving is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts through field visits.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of lending.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to maintain credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units processing loan applications.
• Review and update loan files to ensure proper credit processing.
