Job summary

BDO Network Bank seeks an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The role is to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent customer service.

You will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts, analyze qualifications, initiate credit and collection activities, coordinate with units, review loan files, and support sales and marketing activities to reach volume targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with word processing & spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance is an advantage.
• Motorcycle driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicant qualifications to assess feasibility of lending.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to maintain credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units for processing and servicing loan applications.
• Review and update customer loan files and agreements for credit processing.
