Job summary

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts by field visits to meet business needs.
• Analyze applicants' qualifications to determine loan feasibility.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units related to processing of loan applications.
• Review and update customer loan files and agreements for credit processing.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
