BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service. Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• High integrity.
• Familiar with word processing & spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.
• Preferably able to drive a motorcycle.
• Open to be assigned in Kiangan Ifugao.

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units related to processing and servicing.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
• Attend to inquiries and other requirements of clients.
• Review/update loan files and agreements for credit processing and booking.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
